I found Rob to be very adept at handling negotiations with other realtors and their clients. He did an excellent job of staying in contact with the prospective buyer even when we didn't accept their first offer. A couple of weeks later he was able to negotiate them to a better offer that was acceptable to us and he did a good job of closing the deal in a timely fashion. Rob was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and great at moving things along but never being pushy. He had the right balance of advice mixed with tact. I had very unusual way to meet Rob. I had my house almost ready to go and had met few realtors and almost decided on one. I don't know why but i ran into some ad on youtube and wanted to give it a try which i normally don't. Anyways Rob came over and that when we met first. I was impressed with his confidence and he offered renovation option with end gain. I knew there was no guarantee but his logic and experience made sense to me. Anyways we went with more upgrade with his team. Renovation was as always painful but the guys were easy to deal with and i could choose the area that i could do myself to save some money. Long story short. I did the reno and sold the house in couple days higher than asking. Well it was December 2021 in Calgary and the market was heating up and many house after us did the similar thing. So i might not have to do the reno to sell the house if we know the market was getting crazy like that but when we were preparing the house, the market wasn't like that. I am glad it turned out that way. I found Rob confident in wide area of real estate specially in negotiating and how to deal with different offers. Maybe he didn't shine as much as the market was so hot at the time but overall i was happy with him and i think his marketing would have worked even better if the market wasn't so hot.
